Your body expects a day that no longer exists.

- First light
- Hunt, gather, real food
- Your people, stories
- Dark, eight hours
Your Tuesday
- Phone in bed
- Coffee, a desk, a screen
- The feed, snacks
- Phone till midnight
You're not broken. Your day was built by someone else.
Maybe it's the slow mornings, the 3 pm crash or the late nights. Maybe everyone gets your energy but you. That's how this day is built. Riveryn helps you live the hunter-gatherer day, one small piece at a time.
Your day has seven parts.
You don't need all seven. We start with one small thing today. Riveryn sees the seven together. After a week, it shows which parts were there on your good days.
- Sleep. Up at the same time each day, in a dark, cool room, with the phone in another room.
- Sun. Daylight soon after you wake, and lamps low after dusk.
- Move. On your feet often, a short walk after your biggest meal, and something hard twice a week.
- Food. Real food, protein first, eaten by day and finished early.
- Hunt. One real thing you name in the morning and finish today. That's your catch.
- Quiet. Ten still minutes to pray, breathe slowly or watch the sky.
- People. One real conversation a day, and the evening together.
Your day lights this fire.
The fire is one number for your day, from 0 to 100. It grows with what you did, and each part adds its share. Each day starts with a fresh fire. In the app, the fire's number is called WILD.
- Nothing you skip takes it down.
- Share steps from Apple Health, or log a walk yourself.
- Type what you ate, say it, or snap a photo.
An Apple Watch adds sun, sleep and active energy through Apple Health. Without one, you tell Riveryn in a tap. Calories are never on the main screen. They stay inside a meal, one tap away.
Your first week, in three steps.
-
Log one thing tonight.
A meal, a walk, a call with a friend. The fire starts there.
-
Live the day.
Your iPhone can count steps through Apple Health, if you choose to share them. A watch can add sun and sleep. You can also log things yourself. Each day, Riveryn gives you one next move.
-
After a week, see what your own days show.
Each day, you tap how you felt. That's how Riveryn knows your good days. Not a promise. What your own days show. Some weeks the honest answer is “Another week will tell.”
Evenings that are yours again.
At dusk, Riveryn gives you something to do instead of the scroll. Each move is small.
- Lamps low in every room, instead of the bright overhead light.
- Time with your people, instead of the feed.
- The phone out of the room, instead of in your bed.
- And in the morning, ten minutes outside instead of the phone.
What we read, and what we keep.
- Apple Health is optional and read-only. Nothing is written to Health.
- No account. Your log lives on your phone. Export or delete it any time.
- Meals you type, say or snap go to our server for the estimate. Our AI providers, like OpenAI, help make it.
- Apple Health day totals, like steps and hours slept, go there too. They help write the day’s notes. Raw Health data stays on your phone.
- If you join a band, our server keeps the name you use, your fire and your lines. It keeps feedback you send, too. To delete it, write to [email protected].
- No ads, and no tracking across other apps. Anonymous usage diagnostics are on at first. You can turn them off in You › Your data.
- You see the price before you start. Check your trial end date in You → Your plan. Reminder notifications depend on your notification settings.
- Riveryn is not medical advice. Ask a doctor before big changes to food, sleep or exercise.

Plain answers before you try it.
Is this a diet?
No. There is no diet to pick and nothing to count on the main screen. Food is one part of seven: real food, protein first, eaten by day. Calories stay inside a meal, one tap away, if you want them.
Do I need an Apple Watch?
No. If you allow Riveryn to read Steps from Apple Health, your iPhone can supply step counts. An Apple Watch can add sleep, daylight and active energy. You can skip Apple Health and log things yourself. Riveryn only reads Health; it never writes to it.
What is the fire?
It is one number for your day, from 0 to 100. Seven parts feed it, from sleep and sun to your people. It grows with what you did, and nothing you skip takes it down. Each day starts with a fresh fire.
What happens after the free trial?
Your selected plan renews automatically at $39.99 a year or $9.99 a month in the US. To avoid renewal, cancel at least 24 hours before your trial ends in iPhone Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Check your trial end date in You → Your plan. Reminder notifications depend on your notification settings. If you stop, everything you logged stays yours to read. Typing, voice, photos and questions need a plan, and the day's notes get plainer. The fire, the taps, Apple Health counting and your history keep working.
Is it medical advice?
No. Riveryn helps you notice what your own days show. It is not medical advice. If something about your health worries you, talk to a doctor.
Where is my data?
Your log lives on your phone, and there is no account. Meals you type, say or snap go to our server and our AI providers for an estimate. Apple Health is read-only. Day totals, like your steps and hours slept, go there too, to help write what Riveryn tells you. Raw Health data stays on your phone. The privacy policy has the full list.
Can I delete it?
Yes. In the app, go to You › Your data. Export your log there, or delete it from your phone. Your free trial record stays, so a delete never restarts the trial. For what our server keeps, like your band, write to [email protected]. Do it before you delete in the app, so we can find it. Then we delete it.
Which languages?
Right now most of Riveryn is in English, whatever language your phone uses. Some screens are also in eight other languages.
The day you were built for.
Log one thing tonight, and the fire starts. The free trial is 7 days, for eligible new subscribers.
